2minsHTML takes data privacy seriously. Here is exactly how your data is handled.
🗂️Data Handling
Your uploaded files (images, PDFs, PPTs) and generated HTML outputs are stored on secure servers solely for the purpose of layout analysis, AI code generation, and ZIP packaging. We do not use your design files to train AI models.
🔐Access Control
Each user can only access their own projects and conversion outputs. Authentication is required for all dashboard operations. Shared preview links require login to view.
⏱️Data Retention
Uploaded source files and generated outputs are retained until you delete them or your account is closed. Admin cleanup rules may apply. We recommend downloading your outputs promptly.
🛡️Security Measures
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. API keys are stored as environment variables, never in source code. Storage directories are protected from direct web access via .htaccess rules.
🤖AI Processing
Files are sent to the Anthropic Claude API for HTML generation. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to API usage. Files are not retained by Anthropic after processing.
